Pure Etiquette

Please arrive a few minutes prior to your appointment in order to wind down and receive a complimentary beverage.  A strict timetable will be adhered to for the benefit of all our clients.  It may not be possible to accommodate latecomers.

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel any appointment. 

Please note that once an appointment is booked, unless we hear otherwise, we’ll expect you to be there.  Skipped, appointments will be charged in full.  In order to cancel or change appointment times, call, sms or drop by and let us know, 24 hours in advance of your appointment.
